How does Basket Brigade Work?
1. Organize a group of volunteers
- That's why the Los Angeles Basket Brigade exists- to gather and coordinate
all interested volunteers!
2. Locate individuals and families who need your generosity most.

- We'll have names available but if you know someone in your community in
need, refer them to us or deliver your basket to them!
3. Create bountiful baskets of food and necessities
- Typically the fixings for a holiday meal plus other necessities or little touches -
baskets are highly customizable!
4. Deliver baskets to the shelter
- Bring your baskets to Covenant House California on Monday July 4th.
5. Celebrate and spread the word!
